These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from LO Beauty NZ.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

Due to differences in screen settings and devices, product colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

As LO Beauty NZ is currently not GST registered, GST is not included in our prices.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• A pricing or website error has occurred.

• Products become unavailable.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments

All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

LO Beauty NZ does not store or have access to your credit or debit card information.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.

Shipping labels and order management are processed through GoSweetSpot.

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where required by New Zealand law, we will repair, replace or refund products that do not meet the guarantees provided under those Acts.

9. Product Use

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.

Customers should follow all application and care instructions provided.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

LO Beauty NZ is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, improper application, or failure to follow product instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product images, photographs, graphics, text and designs, is the property of LO Beauty NZ unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
