Shipping Policy
We currently ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia.
Processing times
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During product launches, promotions and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
New Zealand shipping
NZ Standard Shipping — $6.98
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
NZ Rural Delivery — $8.38
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Customers must select the rural delivery option if their address is classified as rural or includes an RD number. Selecting the incorrect shipping option may delay dispatch while we arrange payment of the additional rural charge.
Australia shipping
Australia Tracked Shipping — $22.48
Estimated delivery: 3–8 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather events or courier delays.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
NZ Post’s current courier target is generally the next working day, with rural addresses taking an additional 2–3 working days. International timeframes vary by service and destination, so the broader website estimates provide safer expectations.
